CTMA Information

Tooling U

There is about a ten day period required to get everyone enrolled on ToolingU. The program is to start on the first Monday in July.

Here is the program:

MASC is pleased to be working with CTMA and developing a hybrid program that combines ToolingU courses with classroom lecture time. The course offering will be for Module I Shop Essentials:

Math Fundamentals 100

Math: Fractions & Decimals 105

Math: Units of Measurement 115

Basics of Tolerance 120

Blueprint Reading 130

Shop Algebra Overview 200

Statistics 220

Interpreting Blueprints 230

We will host two sessions per week with each session lasting two hours.

That gives each student two hours to complete a course on-line and two hours of classroom time on each course. Each student will get a pre and post assessment.

A schedule of 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM each Monday and Wednesday in July and August works.

Companies can get incumbent worker training funds from their local Work Force Board by completing an application like this one.
